EGE UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF MEDICINE PROJECT AND SPECIAL SERVICES COORDINATION CENTER (PROKOM)
PROKOM (Project and Special Services Coordination Center) is a unit, which is established in 2007 to coordinate clinical researches and special projects carried out at Ege University Faculty of Medicine.
Main goal of PROKOM is to coordinate the projects conducted by university-industry coordination administratively, financially and legally in collaboration with the Technology Transfer Office, EBİLTEM-TTO of Ege University.
Main subunits of PROKOM are defined and listed below, however identification and implementation of new projects and processes are also conducted by PROKOM.

| Clinical Trials Unit | Organization and coordination of clinical trials (drugs and medical devices) |
| Consulting, R&D and Patent Coordination Support Unit | Contact point for consultation services and all facilities related to R&D, intellectual properties and patents |
| Project Support Unit | Contact point of scientific research projects including postgraduate theses |
| Research Laboratories | Contact point for all laboratory services from in and outside the faculty |
| Data Management Unit | Contact point for biostatistics & bioinformatics evaluations and EGE-VIDO (Data Monitoring and Evaluation Office) coordination |
