In theses and academic studies, if any payments to the Revolving Fund are required for physical examinations, treatments and procedures, an application should be made to PROKOM. The Commission of PROKOM evaluates these applications as well and checks the budget compliance.

The documents that should be included in the application file of these studies are as follows.

 

1- Ethics Committee Approval

  - In all of the evaluations made by PROKOM, no comments are made on ethical issues, the decisions and opinions of the Ethics Committees are taken as the reference.
 

2- Research Protokol
 

3- Approval certificate from the institution that will finance the research
 

3- Budget Form
 

4- Inspection and request forms
 

5- Stamp ( Including information about study, i.e. study code)

PRICING POLICY FOR THE CLINICAL TRIALS

 

Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Yönetim Kurulu ve Döner Sermaye Yürütme Kurulu ilgili kararıyla yürürlüğe giren PROKOM Klinik Araştırma Başvuru Ücretleri aşağıdaki şekilde düzenlenmiştir:

 

- The prices for file evaluation by PROKOM has been determined by the Revolving Fund Executive Board with reference to the suggestions of the Faculty Administrative Board and the approval by the Hospital Administrative Board and all trial related prices are arranged as follows:

- The application fee is 7500 TL for the interventional studies and medical device studies supported by the Industry, and 2500 TL for observational studies. An additional application fee of 2500 TL is charged for the evaluation of each application for budget changes in the protocol.

- No application price is required fort he trials supported by the governmental sources (TÜBİTAK, BAP etc)

- Prices of health services included in clinical trials, has been determined as 5 times the prices in the Public Service Sales Tariff.  And the prices of the transactions not included in the Public Service Sales Tariff and its annexes are invoiced by adding 50% of the transaction price in the Health Implementation Communiqué. 

 

 

PRICING POLICY FOR THE CONSULTING SERVICES

 

- The prices for the consulting services evaluated by PROKOM has been determined by the Revolving Fund Executive Board with reference to the suggestions of the Faculty Administrative Board and the approval by the Hospital Administrative Board and all consultation related prices are arranged as follows:

 

The services (all facilities including training in the congresses, symposiums or conferences, consultation, expertise etc.) performed by the academic staff of the Faculty can not be free of charge. The minimum prices of these services are excluding VAT; 4500TL for professors, 3500TL for associate professors, 2500TL for other lecturers. Application prices are updated at the beginning of each financial year.
