PRICING POLICY FOR THE CONSULTING SERVICES
According to the VAT amendment published in the Official Gazette dated 07.07.2023 and numbered 32241; VAT rates have increased from 8% to 10%, and from 18% to 20%. Documents must be prepared according to the current VAT rates.
Consultancy Board Decisions
The PROKOM Consultancy Application Fees, which came into effect with the relevant decision of the Ege University Faculty of Medicine Board of Directors and Revolving Fund Executive Board, are regulated as follows:
- Special consultancy services such as training, congresses, conferences, requesting opinions, and expert witness services for teaching staff applying to PROKOM cannot be free of charge. Fees are calculated upon application to PROKOM; the minimum fees for these services are determined as follows: 31,500.00 TL + VAT for professors, 24,000.00 TL + VAT for associate professors, and 18,000.00 TL + VAT for other teaching staff.
The Project Evaluation Committee Decision regarding consultancy applications, taken at the meeting of our Project and Special Services Coordination Center dated February 7, 2024, and numbered 2-b, was included in the agenda of the Faculty Board meeting.
It has been unanimously decided that the "Faculty Member Training/Conference/Opinion Request (Expert Witness) Request Form," completed and submitted by our faculty members in response to requests for services from companies, associations, etc., must be submitted to the Project and Special Services Coordination Center (PROKOM) with all signatures and stamps completed at least 15 days before the service is requested. Applications not submitted within the specified timeframe will not be accepted, and no action will be taken on the application.
